1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

jatbaz strictly enforces its age policy. The following eligibility requirements are mandatory to use our services:

6 Bonuses and Promotions

jatbaz offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply to claiming these benefits:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳22,000 or more → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total ৳37,000

6.2 Wagering Conditions

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer.
• A bonus is only valid for the account that meets all the conditions of the relevant offer.
• Multiple accounts or the same person claiming the same bonus more than once is not permitted.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be forfeited.

7 Gaming Rules

• Attempting to influence game results by colluding with other users.

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.3 Balance of Closed Accounts

If the account is not closed due to a violation of the terms, any valid balance will be available for withdrawal. Bonus balances in accounts closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited.
